1923 Ranch. Land, Ranching, and Stewardship Operations.

I.Purpose

The land is more than what we own.

We believe the land is more than what we own — it is what we are entrusted to protect. Through responsible ranching and careful stewardship, we build value that lasts for generations.

We are authentic, steadfast, hardworking, trusted, and generational. We work the country we were given. We leave it better than we found it.

II.Operations

What we keep. What we keep doing.

I.

Cattle

Black Angus and heritage genetics, run year-round on native grass. Rotational grazing, modest stocking rates, finished on the pastures we own.

II.

Land

Working acreage held under multi-decade plans. Surface, subsurface, water rights, timber and grazing. Stewarded across families.

III.

Water

Springs, creeks, irrigation. Restored riparian zones. Senior rights, conservatively used.

IV.

Heritage

Brand books, fencelines, working corrals. The hand-built infrastructure that earlier generations left for us, and that we maintain.

V.

Stewardship

Soil, range, wildlife. Monitored, recorded, improved. The country answers back when it is taken care of.

VI.

Generations

Our planning horizon is fifty years and longer. The next operator on this land may not yet be born.

III.The Place

A working country.

Our holdings sit between the foothills and the high country — broad meadows, cottonwood bottoms, timbered slopes. The barns are old. The fences are tight. The lights come on before sunrise.

It is not a destination. It is a working operation, kept by people who live here.

IV.Heritage

A century of work.
A century to come.

The brand was struck in 1923. The country has changed hands within the family since. The fences have been re-strung. The herd has been rebuilt. The name has not.

V.Contact

By appointment only.

The ranch is a working operation. We do not host visitors casually. Producer, partner and conservation inquiries are welcomed by post.

Stewards today. Legacy tomorrow.
